This Privacy Policy describes how RCT Upholstery ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit rctupholstery.com (the "Site"). • General inquiry form (at /contact-us/): your name, email address, and message.
• Quote request form (at /form/): information submitted through the Tally.so embedded form — which may include your name, contact details, project description, and uploaded photos. This data is collected and stored by Tally.so on their platform, not by us directly. See Tally's Privacy Policy for details.

General inquiry form submissions are transmitted to us by email via Resend (our email delivery provider) and are not automatically stored in any database on our end beyond the email we receive.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or process any of the following unless those features are explicitly added to the Site in the future:

• Payment or financial information
• User account credentials or passwords
• Location data beyond what you voluntarily include in a form message
• Behavioral analytics or user tracking data
• Advertising or marketing profile data

We do not use first-party cookies or set any tracking cookies ourselves.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Communicate with you about the upholstery project you described

• Quote form provider — powers the quote request form at /form/. This provider collects and stores quote submissions on their platform and may use cookies or local storage as part of their service.
• Mapping service — supplies the embedded map on our contact page. When this embed loads, the mapping provider may set cookies or collect data in accordance with their own privacy practices.

We do not sell or share your personal information with any of these providers beyond what is necessary to operate the Site and respond to your inquiries.

We do not set first-party cookies. Certain embedded tools on this Site — including the quote request form and the contact page map — may set their own cookies or use browser local storage in accordance with their respective privacy practices. We do not control the cookie behavior of these third parties.

6. Data Retention

General inquiry form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the request or maintain business records, after which they may be deleted. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. Quote request data submitted through the embedded form is subject to our quote form provider's own data retention practices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, contact us by phone or text at (385) 355-2600. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

For data submitted through the quote request form, please contact that form provider directly regarding your rights under their platform.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
